Hello,
Is it possible to have the user's id icon updated to include more than one letter. It would be very helpful when you have more than one account open (I'm a brand administrator). Right now all I can see is a "C" and when someone else in the company has the same first initial it can be very confusing which account I'm in without have to constantly click to see. Is it possible to just show the users name?

I would think it could at least show F and L initials, since both are needed in user setup. It would take a little more screen space, and wouldn't be perfect (I was on a Zoom call last week and 3 of us had the same initials!) but it would still help and save you the click to expand the menu to find out who you are logged in as.
