I’ve already tried researching, but couldn’t find a solution, so hopefully someone has an idea for me :)
I have created a QX workflow to import Salesforce Contacts from a Salesforce Contact list view to a QX Directory. These contacts will then be added to a mailing list. At the moment, the workflow is running every hour and imports new contacts, if there are any.
There are also some other workflows like saving the responses in Salesforce and a customized opt-out link to save that information in Salesforce as well.
Our goal is to distribute a feedback survey whenever a new contact has been imported to QX. And that’s where the struggle begins.
I couldn’t find out if it is possible to use one mailing list for distributing a survey multiple times,
- without a contact getting the mail more than once
- without someone sending the survey manually.
The perfect situation would be following:
- New contact in Salesforce has been added to the Salesforce list
- New contact is imported to QX directory and mailing list
- Survey is being send automatically to the new contact without contacts already being in the list receiving it again
Is this somehow possible?
