Using Drill Down Response as Piped Text for Post Survey Email

I want the last option selected from a Drill Down Response to be an email address.
I want to then be able to add that email address via piped text to the TO field in the Post Survey email.
In a standard MCQ using dropdown (where the list is a list of emails), it is possible to use the Selected Choice option in the TO field to send the post survey email to that selection. That does not seem to work the same with Drill Down. Does anyone know of a work around?

alealbright Instead of using "Selected Choices" look at the top of the menu and choose the field title that corresponds with "email." That piped text field will function as you'd like it to.
