Hello, I was wondering if anyone has experience or knowledge of Qualtrics SMS distributions for research and practices to ensure that the text messages containing the survey link are not blocked by participants' device carrier. I'm not sure if this would mean using Twilio, or if there's actions within Qualtrics or on your personal device which helps make sure messages can get through.
