Way to Run the N-Back Working Memory Test

Hello!
I am a student researcher and I am currently figuring out a way to administer the N-Back Working Memory Test via Qualtrics, that way the scores of the participants can all be transferred and saved into Qualtrics.

I attached a link to an example of what the N-Back test is, for it can include anything from pictures to letters to numbers. This one includes pictures. 

I was wondering if the N-Back Working Memory Test has been administered via Qualtrics before? Or if you know of someone who may know? 

I do not know if there is a way to include this link while having the scores from the link saved to Qualtrics. Or is it possible that something like this can be created on Qualtrics? 

Figuring this out is the last step I need to take before I can send out my survey!
