We have been getting a lot of errors with surveys not loading when a respondent tries to open the link. I can't even get into my Qualtrics account unless I search for "Qualtrics Log in", if you just go to Qualtrics.com tab crashes or I get a securtity block that I can't get around.
We also have an API set up to retrive data and that routinely crashes as well.
Anyone else?? Any direction would be appreciated

I haven't noticed anything like that in my brand and I don't see anything reported on the Qualtrics status page. This sounds unusual if it's affecting your account as well as your respondents. I would suggest contacting Qualtrics support and contacting your Qualtrics CSM or account rep.
