+1We run a tracking program where the customers we survey belong to one of 3 operational groups.
We need to weight the surveys based on these operational groups, for the dashboard shared with the business.
We can set up the weighting fine however it appears that the weighting doesn’t consistently update as more responses are recorded.
Does anyone know if you can set up the weights so they recalculate automatically as responses are received? Or do the weights have to be recalculated manually.
+19Ugh, a HUGH downfall for Qualtrics’ weighting cabalities. It makes absolutely no sense but the answer I’ve always gotten from them is that you need to refresh the weighting periodically - basically open it up and resave, and publish (which takes forever before the dashboards are usable again).
Having said this, I want to make sure you’re using the cell-based weighting, right? Still the same answer as above.
