We are running a transactional NPS program and unable to capture anything outside of that because we use Alkami and Qualtrics is not a “preferred partner” so API connection isn’t an option. We would like to be able to survey throughout all parts of their journey in online banking but are currently limited to using a file out of our core system and it just can’t capture other actions. Is there anyone that is currently using Alkami for their online banking and sending surveys based on actions not just transactions?
