Why can I not schedule a report email? | XM Community

When creating a report email I am unable to select save or send a test email. I have limited this down to the from and reply to email. These emails are already approved by the brand administrator to send out another survey of ours. Why won't it work?

I think the Save button and Test Email buttons are not enabled until something is entered or selected in every field. The From, Subject, and Message fields must have text input, a contact list must be selected in the To field, and a Date and Time specified in the When field.

Almost everything; try specifying a time and see if it allows you to save. :)
