Why can't I find the "defaul choices" function?

@Jesse526 Which question type are you trying to use default choices with?

It‘s only compatible with:

• Multiple Choice Question
• Matrix Table Question
• Text Entry Question
• Slider Question
• Rank Order Question
• Side by Side Question
• Constant Sum Question
• Pick, Group, and Rank Question
• Hot Spot Question
• Drill Down Question

I’m trying to use this in “Matirx Table Qustion”, it should be compatible. But I cannot find this function.

@Jesse526 Have you maybe already added it? Check if the icon is visible in the upper right corner of the question.

Does the issue persist when creating a new question? And also when using a different question type?

I am not aware of any user permission settings that manage access to default choices…

I created a new question and tried other question types. But I still cannot find the “default choice”  function :(

@Jesse526 Unfortunately, I do not have any further idea at this point… It should also be compatible with all kind of projects.

The last thing I would probably try is creating a new project to test and clearing cache before reaching out to the technical support.

I also heard that some users complained about issues with editor in general due to some browser extensions. Maybe test different browser?

But maybe someone else has further ideas.

Your screenshot doesn’t show the whole list of Question behaviors.

My apologies if I have mistaken but did you try scrolling down to check the list for default choices?

The number of options available in Question behavior may increase or decrease depending on their compatibility with the question involved.

Thanks for your information. I got to know why. The default function is limited to the paid accounts.
