Hello. I am in the process of creating a survey for a thesis project that examines the mental health of post-secondary students. As part of my ethics application requirements, I would like to include a withdraw from survey button on every page of the survey. I have spent hours trying to figure this out, and am incredibly confused on how to create such an option. I would appreciate any advice and step-by-step explanation. Thank you in advance!
