The recent “upgrades” made to the survey platform removed our ability to download or export survey results directly to a word document. I had to revert to the old dashboard to maintain this function. However, I am concerned that Qualtrics will be phasing out the ability to export to a word document entirely. I spent quite a bit of time with Qualtrics support and my campus IT department, and there is not any workaround that would be sufficient if this feature is permanently disabled. Is anyone else concerned about losing this feature?
