Ignore it was a permissions issue
Hello,
Were you able to resolve this? For example, were you able to recieve the right permission to see this option. If so, what kind?
I am facing a similar issue and need it for a code to work..

Sure, just ask the person who made your account to make sure the javaScript option on your account is activated.
