Add 'names' for answers in Matrix Table - Profile
Hi,
I am trying to create a questionnaire like the one below. If I try to do this with Matrix Table; Matrix Type Profile, I can write the questions and number the answers 3 - 0. However, I also need to add 'always' as a name for 3, and 'never' as a name for number 0. I am using a standardized questionnaire, so I am not able to make any adjustments to the format below.
Hopefully someone can help me with this issue. Thanks in advance.

Question 2 “…” 3 2 1 0
Question 3 “….” 3 2 1 0

Then, you can achieve this by selecting the scale say 3, select Rich Content Editor and add desired text before the number and hit enter to take the number on next line so that it would appear like label on number.
