Hello, I shared with my collaborator 2 surveys/projects. He received invitation only for one. For the other, he looks added on my account, but he still cannot access to that project even though I repeated adding process couple of times. Is there a way for him to enter collaboration code manually and than become a collaborator? Or is there any other solution? Thanks a lot!

+15zadiguzel13 I'd have him log out and log back in, and maybe give it a little time (I've noticed an occasional lag with this), but if that doesn't work, you should probably contact tech support.
