Hi,
I have a few respondents that answered enough of the survey to consider them a complete. For these I closed their survey and are now record as a complete. I expected my quotas to increase but they did not. I went in a edited one respondent and set the "Finished" variable to true, thinking that may trigger the quota to increase but it didn't. Is there a way to get the system to recognize these respondents in the quota?

At this point, the only thing you can do to change the quota count is to manually reset then set the quota count.
