The nice thing about the survey emails is that you can fully customize them with HTML! So in short, you sure can. Click on the little button in the email that looks like "<>" and you will be able to edit it directly in the emailer. Clicking the button again will give you a reasonable preview but you can send yourself a test email to make sure it looks like you intend.

Thank you for your response. I am a total newbie at constructing emails. I have another question regarding the social media icons. If I save the icons (FB, Insta,Linkedin) ito the message template than add the hyperlinks? Is this right?

I am a total newbie too!! I am trying to put the social media icons at the survey end message. HELP!
