Hello, I am trying to add videos as questions to my survey. I followed the instructions for adding media using a URL in the inserting media doc (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/editing-questions/rich-content-editor/insert-media/), but, when I try to add it, I get the feedback "The url specified is not a supported media type." I know that I have trial account and probably that is why it does not allow me but I am doing a research about sign language and its important to have videos for instructions. Do you know any other way that videos can be inserted? If not, any other survey software i could use?
Every answer would be highly appreciated.

Hi there! Unfortunately, one limitation of the free trial account is that you can not use custom code (this also means many options in the Rich Content Editor and Look & Feel are unavailable). We can otherwise recommend that you reach out to our Sales team to see what account type makes the most sense for your project!
