Hi Community,
I have created a survey but in the data and analysis section, in the spreadsheet, the answers that appear are not the same as the answers as each of the students has chosen according to the pdf. Does anyone have an idea why this could be happening? Why doesn't the data and analysis report the same answers as I see in the individual pdf-s?

This might be a matter that Qualtrics Support needs to address. But if you can describe the questions and responses that do not match, or share a screen shot of the discrepancies, that might help the Community members determine if it's something that can be resolved on the user end.
