Archival of Qualtrics questions and responses

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if there is any forum within Qualtrics where a survey as well as the responses from the survey can be archived? Where no-one but the person who created the survey can access both the survey and the responses?

    Hi there, you can put something like this in place by making a Folder in your Projects page called "Archived Projects" and placing any finished or old projects in that Folder. You can then remove any Collaboration permissions so that your Qualtrics user is the only one able to access the projects.
