Assign a color to the NPS question

I would like to be able to change the background color of the NPS question and slider questions. In fact, it is not always clear to customers that scoring 7-8 represents a passive and that only 9-10 can be a promoter. Then we would like to color the area from 0 to 6 with red, the area from 7 to 8 with yellow and the 9 and 10 with green. Do you know if it is possible? I enclose an example of what I would like to do.!
