I believe this is possible, however, the max file size is 100MB so this will likely not be large enough to be an option. We instead have gotten around this having our student leader applicants upload a link to their video on YouTube. We just use the open text box option for them to drop their link. Below I have provided the text prompt that we give students in the actual question. We also had this info on our website in advance of the application being due.

4. Under the Visibility options, choose "unlisted". This ensures that only those who you send the video link to will be able to see your video.
