Attach a video to a survey

Hi Donna,
I believe this is possible, however, the max file size is 100MB so this will likely not be large enough to be an option. We instead have gotten around this having our student leader applicants upload a link to their video on YouTube. We just use the open text box option for them to drop their link. Below I have provided the text prompt that we give students in the actual question. We also had this info on our website in advance of the application being due.

Please create a short video (less than two minutes in length). <> After creating a YouTube account and recording your video, follow these steps:
1. Click the "create" icon in the top right of the screen (camera icon with a plus in the center)
2. Click "upload video" and select your video file
3. Set your title as "Student Leader Candidate Video-*Your last name*" <>
4. Under the Visibility options, choose "unlisted". This ensures that only those who you send the video link to will be able to see your video.
