Autoadvance doesn't work unless timing question comes first

[Editing because my diagnosis below was completely wrong...]
It turns out the issue was we had the timing question last on each page, which apparently holds up the auto advance. That makes sense I guess, but seems like it shouldn't. If any one else has experienced this, I'd be interested in work arounds. The only downside to moving the timer first seems to be the line at the top of the page.

Hi,

We have a survey on which the autoadvance option was enabled, and working well.

However it was decided that we needed some customized end of survey messages, so we implemented Branch Logic in a couple places. After doing that, the autoadvance stopped working. The "Done" button still shows up but it doesn't advance to the next page.

Is this a known issue or limitation?
