Hi everybody. I have a weird issue. Until recently, if a respondent refreshed or closed the browser while taking a survey sent via email on Qualtrics, all of her answers were gone. Right now, while taking a survey, answers seem to be saved automatically and if you refresh the page, your answers are not deleted. You can even start the survey in a browser and enter some answers, then click on the same link in a different browser and see the answers given in the previous browser. Is this a new feature or was there an update causing this? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi fuimaranwe - it sounds like you may want to check whether you have the Save and Continue option selected for your surveys. If you are still seeing unexpected behavior, be sure to reach out to wonderful Support team, as they are best equipped to take a closer look into this for you!
