BACK button did not show in one part of the survey | XM Community

Hi all, I use back and next button for my survey. In one part, the back button did not show. ! Is there anything that I miss? Thank you, Best regards, Sherly!

In some cases, a back button will not show on your page even if you have the setting selected in your Survey Options. This is caused by having elements between blocks in your Survey Flow. Any element (Branch Logic, Embedded Data, Randomizer, Web Service, etc.) will disable the back button on the first page of the block that follows it. https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/look-feel/general-look-feel-settings/#backbutton
Thanks for your answer. Is there anything that I could do to enable that button? I use all of those elements in other blocks as well and my back button still shows in other parts.
