Batch edit the format of questions

I've seen a question regarding batch edit to questions' formatting but it did not answer my question. I want to format the full survey questions but I don't find a way in the look and feel tab to change formatting, there is only Custom CSS and External CSS in the style tab, which I'm not familiar with either. Also in specific questions, I don't see the "remove formatting" option which I thought might help. How can I unify the formatting of the full survey (font, size, and color)?

    If you don't have or want any rich content edited part (formatting) in your any question or option, then from tools -> review -> select strip formatting (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-tools/survey-tools-overview/), this will make all the selected question text in uniform style.
    You are seeing only those two option because you must have selected static theme, change that to any dynamic and you will get all the style options.
