I have a question about the best way to distribute a survey.
I have a survey that I plan to distribute to 500 of our recent graduates. I have already loaded this contact list in but I would like some reminders to be specific to their academic departments. Would it make sense to create samples of the list based on the embedded data of their academic department condition? Or do I need to create separate contact lists outside of Qualtrics for the various departments? Is there any reason not to use samples in this instance? Can I send the whole group the intro email and then reminders to the different samples?

+10I don't believe you can send reminders only to a sample. You might be better served by creating Contact Lists by each academic department. This will allow you to customize the email and the reminders for each unit. I try to use the Qualtrics mailer and contact lists whenever possible because it makes the tracking of completion so much easier, not to mention keeping your own Inbox clean. 😋
