In the 'Results' part under the 'Report' section, for the 'Statistics' table, Qualtrics mislabels ' Bottom' and 'Top'. Currently, Qualtrics gets the data from the top but labels it as 'Bottom'; gets the data from the bottom, but labels it as 'Top'.

    Hi Huiling .
    We have the option to change the labels in the right pane for each metrics.
    Apart from that do check the recode values set for scale points in the survey questions options.

    Huiling is correct and there is no way to change these labels in the reports section (*edit - since worked out how to update labels in final reports i.e. not from results). Example, visualisation is incorrect, however, iQ Stats shows it as it should be:
