Open ended feedback questions can have responses in several different languages based on the language in which the survey was answered. Can a ticket be triggerd when some of those keywords were used?

If I understand you correctly, you should be able to do something like this with some manual work. Check out this announcement to learn more.

Hey JenCX, Thanks for the reply. My question is - If a responedent says "Contact me" - EN or "communiquer avec moi. " - FR, or something along similar lines in his feedback, I want to trigger a ticket. Can this be done?

@Vaish Yes, you would just have to set up an "or" in the logic and include both "contact" and "communiquer".
