can I do word cloud on open text in a multiple choice questions

Hi
I'm new to this and found Qualtrics easy to set up survey, but I can't find out how to do a word cloud on open text in a multiple choice questions.
I can do word clouds on simple text questions but is it possible to do on embedded text boxes?
Any help would be appreciated please.
