I'm exploring the possibility of using a Qualtrics survey as the platform for a student practicum performance evaluation. Is there a way for survey respondents to be sent an email copy of their completed survey responses? I'd like for them to be able to have a copy of their responses to review with the student they are evaluating.

Going to survey option you can click show response summary so after respondent complete it will show response summary and they can download this as PDF.

I'm unsure if this is possible via Qualtrics, but you may be able to set up an API to feed the data from Qualtrics into an email service provider.You could test a manual approach by downloading survey responses as a .csv file
