Can the translated language be set as default?

After you translate the survey, can you set the translated language as the default? E.g. It’s built in English, translated into Chinese. Can I choose for the link to open in Chinese vs. respondents having to select Chinese from the drop down menu? or would i have to build the survey in Chinese for Chinese to be the default?

We can append the distribution survey link URL with - ?Q_Language=ZH-S
This will open the survey in Chinese(Simplified) language by default.
