Hello there! I am making a survey and am wondering if there is a tool/question add-on that can indicate if a participant has viewed a certain page (even if they did not click through to finish the survey), similar to use of a read receipt/delivery receipt with emails. Thanks in advance!

You can view and/or download responses in progress (Data & Analysis/Responses in Progress).

@TomG has a good method if you want to see just those in progress and where they are. If you want to be able to download all of that _alongside_ the complete data when you close the project and go into the analysis phase:
Add descriptive text. It can just say "Page 1 Displayed". But set the display settings so that it doesn't show to the participant. When you close any incomplete responses, that displayed data will wind up in the data files along with any completed responses.
To be clear- that will happen when you close the project anyway. But that might get you a little bit more distinction if this is an important metric for you.
