Can you skip demographics if answered in a previous survey?

We are asking for respondents to complete their demographic information in 3 separate surveys related to a conference they attended. However, if they answer it on the first survey, we don't need them to complete it on the other surveys. Right now, I have a question asking if they completed the demographic information in a previous survey and added display logic to show the demographic information boxes is they select "no" and to skip it if they select "yes". Is there a different way to do this or is this the simplest option? Thanks.

You can use the trigger to contact list function. In the event that one survey was taken, trigger an emebedded data caregory that says "demographics =1" or whatever. Then in the second survey only trigger the demographic questions if demographics does not equal 1 https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-tools/contact-list-triggers/
