Cannot upload offline app responses- SOS | XM Community

Hello everyone,

I have a rather desperate question. I am currently in Bolivia, conducting a study here and since yesterday the responses CANNOT BE UPLOADED. Troubleshooting proposed it may be because I need to update the app. However, given I am logged in with a single login account provided by my university user status, I am terribly afraid that in the process my data since the last upload may get lost.
