Carry Forward Statements of Two Scale Selections

I have a simple matrix scale with statements with a 5-point Likert rating scale from Very Important, Moderately Important, Somewhat Important, Not Too important, to Not Important at all. I'd like to carry forward statements where the respondent has selected either Very Important or Moderately Important. Right now the app only allows me to carry forward selected statement with one scale point but not two or more. How can I carry forward statements with two or more scale points selected?

    We cannot use carry forward for this. You need to create all the statement as an option in the next question and then apply display logic on each of the option as if respective statement in previous question has Very Important or Moderately Important selected
