Carry forward to Group or Matrix
In a group or matrix type question, is it possible to carry forward responses from one question as items and then to carry forward responses from a second question as a group heading? For Example:
Carry forward from Q1
What factors made you choose X Product? The carry forward responses are
Brand name
Durability
Customer Service
Carry forward from Q2
Where would you buy Product? Carry forward responses are
A Store
B Store
C Store
Grouping
Select which store best relates to your deciding factor.
Store A Store B Store C
Brand name
Durability
Customer Service

+22This can be little tedious to do, but you can have all option of Q1 and Q2 in matrix question item and scale point. And then apply display logic on each item and scale point, as - whether they where selected in there respective questions

No such luck. It is just carrying forward ALL selected items in one scale instead assigning one selection per scale.
+27I might be missing something, but in your Matrix don't you want to carry forward statements as selected choices from Q1 (factors) and carry forward scale points as selected choices from Q2 (stores)?
