Create New Anonymous Links
+1It looks like my survey link was hacked. I have other active distributions and would like to keep my current survey open. Is there a way to change the anonymous link to prevent the spam survey responses? If not possible, can I close only the anonymous link and not the other distribution channels?

+43You can disable the Anonymous Link by enabling By Invitation Only in the Survey Options. This can be useful if you distributed your survey through the Anonymous Link and would now only like to use Individual Links instead.

If you need the anonymous link to still function, you may also want to consider copy+pasting your whole project, and opening a new anonymous link on the new project. You can always combine your data sets after the fact if needed! Because the variable names will be the same, you can easily Import responses into one of the Quatlrics Surveys, combine in SPSS, or copy and paste in Excel with ease.
For your new survey, explore the Survey Options tab to review ways to protect your survey to prevent this from happening again. Not all of these options will necessarily be helpful, but enacting as many as is reasonable will assist you:
