Creating alternative end of survey messages

I'm trying to create different end of survey messages that depend on the score that people get, so if they achieve 7 or less they are told they have failed and 8 or more is a pass. I have done the below on the but it won't work:

    It should work, in the Customize option, select Override survey options and select custom end of survey message and create the respected message which you want to show.

    Thanks but I've already done this and it still doesn't respond as it should
