Custom Validation Options Missing?

This is a bit of a strange one.
I'm trying to do some custom validation to ensure that an entire row is completed in a side by side. However, the option for Event 10/Content of Activity appears to be missing.
It is just on this column, event 10 is there for type of activity and format. I'm super confused.
Has anyone experienced this before?
