I used a randomized question in my survey but the data does not indicate which version of the question each participant responded to. How do I get the data to reflect that?

If you are exporting the response data you can check the "Export viewing order data for randomized surveys" box and it will include randomization data for anything in the survey that is randomized...blocks, questions, choices, or answers.
