Data Privacy - how to delete data not based on email address

In Data Privacy, you can delete all data from all survey replies based on someone's email address.
But how do you delete all data based on another attribute? Like an embedded data field?
Very specifically, interfaces with external marketing systems could work with the marketing tool sending an email with an anonymous survey url, tagged with an Embedded Data field for Customer ID.
So how could you delete all survey replies of one specific Customer ID.

+27But how can you do it manually. There's no concept of "super admin" in Qualtrics, I cannot know in which surveys that particular Customer ID appears...
