Discrepancy Between Mturk & Qualtrics - Time to Complete

Good day, I've noticed a _significant_ discrepancy between the time to complete recorded by MTurk, versus the duration recorded by Qualtrics -- this is for actually completed surveys (not the estimated time to complete). Has anyone encountered this, and do you know what may be causing the discrepancy? I plan to ask Amazon too. Many thanks.
