Display logic for matrix table

Hi all,
I have a matrix table asking respondents to choose the frequency (Not at all, 1-2 times per year, 3-4 times per year, 5 or more times per year) to which they engaged with 14 different elements over the last year. After each element choice in the matrix table, I would like to then ask respondents to rate the element (Very poor, poor, acceptable, good, very good) if they engaged with it at least once. I am having a hard time displaying the rating question after each element choice in the matrix table. It is important that the respondent only rates the element if they engaged with it.
A sample of what I want the table to look like is below, with display logic so that the choice "Rating" is only displayed if "Ate pizza from X restaurant" is at least once per year.

However, in preview mode, rating is not displayed.

Any insight into why the rating question is not being displayed would be greatly appreciated!

Display logic isn't the correct approach for this. I would suggest using

Carry Forward Choices
. You can read more about it here.

As far as I can tell, you can only carry forward for one scale point. Is that correct?
