Display logic on a question and its response choices

This seems like a simple issue, but I wasn't able to find anything in Community discussions or help menus.

In some of my surveys I have multi-choice/single answer questions with display logic based on either embedded data or previous question responses. Within these I also want to add display logic to individual response choices based on embedded data. But the display logic for all choices appears disabled. I'm only seeing this on questions that already have display logic. I've attached a screenshot.

Is there something I'm doing wrong, or is there a feature not enabled in my org?
