Does meta info question not work with iOS 9?

Hello, We have the meta info question in a survey- when we try to answer the survey on an iPad2 or iPod touch (both have iOS 9) - an error occurs (404) and the survey does not open. Does anybody have a solution to this?

It works. We've had responses from iPads running iOS 9 today (info gathered with MetaInfo question). I'm guessing something else is causing your issue.

    Thank you! Then we need to check what else can be the issue, I have raised a ticket with Qualtrics.
