We are using a full text response report on a survey. At some point, the piped text in the questions stopped showing on the response report. Is there a way to go into the response report to fix this? - Thanks!

Edit Response Reports' Piped Text
Adding a follow up to this post: We have "Include Response Report" and "Show full text questions" selected in our email triggers. I just saw that not only are we not getting the piped text, we're not even getting the entirety of the survey in our full response. I'm going to create a new thread, to address this issue.
Hi! Did you ever receive any assistance with this issue because I am having the same problem. I too have a survey that used to include the piped text in the response report, but at some point it stopped doing so.
