We added a Consent form at the beginning of our survey. When the participant consents by clicking on Yes, we would like for him to receive a copy of his consent form even if the survey is not completed.
Could it be feasible?

I haven't tried it, but I think you could set up a JSON Event Action to send an email. Then use a web service call from the survey flow to trigger the JSON Event.

If you need a non-coding solution, you could make the consent form a separate survey and have it redirect to the URL of the main survey. They can be connected in such a way that they look like they are a single survey. Use Actions in the consent form survey to email a copy to the respondent when they finish that section.
