Error when editing translation of the survey (German) with the RCE
Hello,
I am trying to work on the translation of my survey manually which also includes the integration of hyperlinks. Every time when I open the Rich Content Editor in the translation the website gets frozen/breaks down and I cannot do any edits anymore. That happened several times today. So, currently, I need ages to integrate one hyperlink into the translation which should usually not take longer than 10 seconds. I checked my internet connection and this works fine, so this cannot be the cause. Has anyone else the same problem? And maybe even more important: has anymore an idea how to solve this and how to make the editing in my translations incl. hyperlinks? Thanks in advance :-)
+27Edit content that contains html in html (aka source) mode. The rich content editor adds html (often a lot more than actually needed), which is probably what is causing the problem. It probably also has something to do with how the hyperlinks are formatted.
Thanks, TomG. The support service mentioned that the reason might be rather based on my account and the features which I can use or cannot use. Nevertheless, it worked somehow before. I will try to work around that problem.
