Experiences with Default Bot Detection Functionality

I was searching for user experiences with using the default Bot Detection functionality. I have read help file, and the discussions around using hidden questions as a method, but didn't find posts discussing effectiveness, tips, recommendations for enabling the default feature. Also curious about experience with enabling before capturing data vs. enabling on survey with existing data.

+3Haven't got much experience with this, but I have tried the hidden question method and the Bots seemed to walk passed it just like a real respondent.
The Capture Verification seemed to make no difference at stopping the Bots either.
I am just beginning to use the Qualtrics built in features but have no data collected with them in place.
